It can be incredibly lonely when running a business. You can get in your own head and start doubting yourself. So whether you just need a moment of clarity or have a longer-term need, I want to be there to give you clarity, to cheer you on when needed, and to hold you accountable at all times.

How it works.

    These are one-on-one, hour-long video calls to problem-solve and develop your strategy.

    We work together to examine your issue and develop answers to the problem. We develop your emerging strategy to ensure you know exactly what you should be doing right now and to remove all obstacles to progress.

    You walk away with a clear plan and a single core action to work on.

You can't fix this with a single workshop. You need an objective partner in the trenches with you to reset and build a strategy from the ground up that works for you and your clients.

    The Kick-Off

    Two half-day online workshops. We dig into your vision, your dreams and then where you are right now. We map out your entire business to see what is and isn’t working for you. From there, we build a strategic roadmap for you.

    The Ongoing Support

    We will work together over the next 12 weeks to ensure you take the necessary action to build momentum.

    Friday is check-in day. I’ll send you a message to find out how you are progressing, ensure you are on track and discuss any issues.

    Every other week we have an hour-long workshop to refine, reflect and work on your business together.
