Figby is led by James. I’m a generalist by design, who has spent a career finding order in chaos. My background isn't in a server room; it’s in the messy, human world of Education, Arts, and Start Ups.
I spent years watching brilliant people get overwhelmed and bogged down by things that didn’t matter to their mission.
I founded Figby because I believe systems and technology should feel like a relief, not a chore.
I’m a generalist by design and so is Figby. It’s not about your software, or AI models and fancy things. My job isn't to build the most complex system possible, it’s to ensure you have the tools and skills you need to complete your mission.
