This section is a new project for 2026. Every month, we add a new rule to the pile. Some are serious (the kind that save missions), and some are just the result of a chat on a long car journey.

  • If you’re going to trust us to work together, you should probably know how we think.

  • We believe in practical advice that actually works (see Rule 1).
