  • The Challenge (The Boring Problem): Comedy Ladder was successfully making people laugh and packing out venues, but growth was stalling. Andy was drowning in admin overload, trying to juggle four roles: comedian, promoter, booker, and DBM. Specifically, the business was choked by:
