I design bespoke workshops to help unlock you and your teams problem solving skills. We build team work, a shared vision and practical steps to get us there.
How It Works.
Step 1 - Free Intro Call
We chat about why you think you need a workshop. We look at the goals, the outcomes and where you are now.
Step 2 - Custom Package
I create an outline of a day to help move you from A to B in an engaging and memorable way. You take a look and decide if it is the right thing for you.
Step 3 - Book a date
We book in a date for the workshop. These can be online or in person. I go away and get everything prepped and ready.
Step 4 - Follow Up
After the day, it is important we follow up to ensure that the actions were taken and the team remained on course. This varies depending on the intended outcomes but typically will be an hour call at the 1 month and 3 month point.
