How It Works.
Step 1 - Free Intro Call
We chat about you, your business and your goals and your problems. We start to investigate what is preventing you from reaching your goals and look at some initial solutions. No pitch or awkward close.
Step 2 - Strategy Day
The real start of our quest. A day to go through everything properly together... without rose-tinted glasses. Where you are, where you want to get to, and exactly what to focus on to get there. You walk away with a plan we will action over the next 10 weeks.
Step 3 - Quest support
Fortnightly calls to give you the support and accountability you need with 24/7 direct line to me on WhatsApp. You can use me for the 3am brain dumps, the quick sense-checks, the decisions that can't wait. I won't be tracking time or counting messages. I’ll even chase you to make sure you are on it.
Step 4 - Quest Completion
At the end of 10 weeks, we will have completed our quest! For some people this is the end of our journey together, for some we take on another quest and for others we have bespoke services for niche problems.

It is long enough we can meaningfully accomplish things. It is short enough we can really focus. The idea is to ‘work’ on it for 10 weeks. That sometimes might mean you want to space it out over 12 weeks.
