The Brain Dump (Together):

We get on a 2 hour call (I know but I promise it is actual good fun and energising to think about your business without distractions for a bit).

No prep needed. I extract the "chaos" from your head, your workflows, your frustrations, and your tech stack. I look for where the engine is grinding.

The Deep Work (My Job):

With my team, we go into "Blue Brain" mode. We analyse your data and map out the new processes. We look for £5,000 in hidden profit and 100 hours of reclaimed time through better systems.

The Handover:

I present your Operator-to-Owner Roadmap. This isn't a vague "to-do" list; it's a prioritised technical blueprint categorised into:

  1. The Low-Hanging Fruit: Fixes you can implement tomorrow.

  2. The Critical Projects: Structural changes to tech and team.

  3. The Game Changer: The one big shift that removes you from the day-to-day.
